SRZ6000 series Vacuum Drying Oven

Summary:

The product is widely used in biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, health care, agricultural research, environment protection and other areas of research and application for powder drying, baking and all kinds of glass containers’ disinfection and sterilization. Especially for those drying heat-sensitive, labile, oxidizing material and decompounded to carry on fast and effective drying process.

Advantages of vacuum dry technology:
1. Vacuum environment greatly lowered the liquid’s boiling point which needs to be driven away, therefore the vacuum dry method can be applied into heat sensitivity material.
2. For the samples which can't be dried easily, such as powder or other pellet form sample, using vacuum dry method may effectively reduce drying time.
3. Various complex structures of machinery ministry or other porous sample process use vacuum dry method after washing will not leave any residue;
4. Safety guarantee: whether under vacuum or inertia condition, the possibility of oxide explodes when is heated will completely be eliminated.
5. Compared with the normal drying method depended on air circulation, powder samples will not be blown or moved away by air

Features:
1. Heating element is on the internal partition of the oven. Compared with traditional vacuum drying oven, it can cut down 50% heating time. (except 6050,6051)
2. Several sets of data shows in a LED screen. The operation interface can be easily understood and handling.
3. The aluminum shelf uses a special stamping process, oxidation will not occur in high temperature, and the conduction is fast. The heat loss will be reduced at the most extent.
4. The chamber is cuboid so as to maximize the volume. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, makes temperature control accurate and reliable.
5. Reinforced, bullet-proof double-deck glass door to observe objects in the oven. Inert gas can be filled into it.
6. The tightness of the door can be adjusted by user optionally. Wholly-shaped silicone rubber door seal ensures the high vacuum degree in chamber.
7. The working room uses stainless steel plate, good cold-roll shelf sheets cover, with anti-static plastic coating.
8. Storage, heating, experiments and drying are all doing in the environment with no oxygen or filled with inert gas, so oxidation will not happen.

By controlling the panel you can control the vacuum (from 1.0*10 to 1.0*105 (pa)-1) conveniently, the control accuracy is +/-1%. SRZ-2BE/ SRZ-3BE Vacuum Drying Oven (Programmable Vacuum Degree Controller)

Uses:
This product is designed for drying and heating powder articles, as well as disinfecting and sterilizing of glass containers. It is widely used in the field of medicine, food, light industry, chemistry, agriculture, environmental protection and experiment etc.
Characteristics:
1. Integrated design of vacuum oven, pump and other relative device, which is easy to operate and stable in performance.
2. Auto-pumping can be achieved by setting vacuum degree as needs; multiple sections of program can be preset to ensure repeated or multistep pumping. With experiment goes on, the vacuum degree decreases, and then the controller would restart the pump according to showed error to ensure stable and accurate vacuum degree.
3. Manual and electric double air eliminator, which enable easy operation of air bleeding; manual air-bleed is used on the occasion of power failure.
